KEY INGREDIENTS:

It contains triterpine, flavonoid & aromatic constituents referred to as phytoestrogens.

CHASTE TREE BERRIES 4:1 EXTRACT (Vitex agnus castus) 200 mg: The progestins in chaste tree berries have long been recognized as useful to treat conditions involving female reproduction. In early Greek and Roman medicine, they were used to stop hemorrhaging after childbirth. As early as the 16th century, chaste tree was accepted as part of medicine. Beginning in the 1930’s, German researchers have conducted laboratory and human studies that seem to document the potential usefulness of chaste tree berries in relieving menstrual and menopausal complaints.

SAGE LEAF: It is well documented that Sage leaf helps to reduce menopausal sweats. In one study, excessive sweating was induced by pilocarpine. The sweating was reduced when participants were given an aqueous extract of fresh Sage leaf (1).
