by Professional Botanicals

A Potent Synergistic Herbal Formula
Natural Support for Stress, Aches, Pains & Strains

ACTION:
RelaxAll supports the body in symptoms of backache, back sprain, muscle spasm or injury, tension, stress, and menstrual cramps or PMS symptoms. Features a muscle relaxant to relieve spasms, a tranquilizer to relieve tension, a relaxant to relieve stress, and an analgesic to temporarily relieve pain. Unlike other natural supplements with one ingredient isolated for one purpose, this natural formula contains a powerful blend of interactive ingredients which support both a primary organ or body system and also a related secondary organ or body system.

INDICATIONS MAY INCLUDE:
Aches and pains, back ache, chronic pain, muscle cramps, sprains, lumbago, nervousness, sleeplessness and stress.

KEY INGREDIENTS
:

VALERIAN ROOT EXTRACT (Valeriana officinalis)
: Valerian is a natural sedative. Tension, stress and anxiety take their toll on the human body but prescription medications are expensive and they may produce unwanted side effects. Natural methods of reducing stress and anxiety include diet and lifestyle changes, relaxation techniques and the use of natural and herbal substances. Valerian, an herb with ancient historical roots, may reduce anxiety. In addition, it may be helpful for insomnia sufferers. Our valerian is derived from the root of the plant. While many herbal companies distribute tea and supplements made from the leaves of the Valeriana officinalis plant, the active ingredient (valepotriates) is only present in substantial quantities in the roots. This is the component that fights stress and anxiety.

PASSIFLORA/PASSION FLOWER (Passiflora incranata): is considered an antispasmodic. It is indicated for nervous conditions during the menstrual cycle. It is also helpful for neuralgia and dysmenorrheal (menstrual cramps), as well as when disturbed sleep is the result of mental strain, worry or exhaustion. In a 2010 research review published in Nutrition Journal, scientists looked at 24 studies (with a total of more than 2,000 participants) and found "strong evidence" for the use of passion flower in the treatment of anxiety disorders. Earlier research indicates that passion flower may be similar to benzodiazepines (a class of medications commonly used to treat anxiety disorders) in terms of its effects on anxiety. And in animal-based research, researchers have determined that passion flower may influence gamma-amino butyric acid (GABA) receptors in the brain. (A type of brain chemical, GABA is thought to promote relaxation by decreasing electrochemical activity in nerve cells.)

MAGNESIUM (oxide): Magnesium deficiency is one of the most common nutritional deficiencies. A normal diet in the Western world is said to contain only two thirds of the RDA for this mineral although magnesium is said to be one of our most crucial minerals. One major study concluded that close to 75% of our diets are lacking adequate magnesium levels. Some of the symptoms of magnesium deficiency include anxiety, depression, fatigue, irritability, restlessness, fear, insomnia, reduced attention span, memory loss and confusion.

Research has shown that people experiencing these symptoms as a result of magnesium deficiency and who then begin to supplement and take magnesium for anxiety, may experience some dramatic results.

Magnesium supplements have been shown to have a calming effect on symptoms of anxiety and stress levels. Research is just now starting to discover that taking magnesium for anxiety and magnesium for depression can be of benefit to alleviating those symptoms.

Research is now also showing that nervousness and insomnia symptoms decrease when people supplement with 200 mg. of magnesium. Supplementing with magnesium for anxiety and magnesium for depression is thought to be an inexpensive way to help reduce those symptoms.

It is also a mineral known for relief of muscle spasm and cramps and also is a mild analgesic known to naturally relieve pain.

WHITE WILLOW BARK CONCENTRATE (Salix alba)
: White Willow Bark contains salicin, which the body converts to salicylic acid and has the same effect on the body as aspirin without any of the side effects. In fact, White Willow Bark was the basis for the synthesis of aspirin. History of usage of White Willow Bark goes back as far as 500 BC when ancient Chinese healers began using it to control pain. Native Americans also discovered the value of the Willow tree for relieving pain from headaches and rheumatism and reducing fevers.
The benefits of White Willow Bark today are that it is an anti-inflammatory, a fever reducer, an analgesic, an anti-rheumatic, and an astringent. Specifically, it helps to relieve headaches; helps to ease pain associated with inflammatory conditions like rheumatism, arthritis, and carpal tunnel syndrome; and helps to control fevers.

CAUTION: Do not take if allergic to aspirin.

Obtaining Optimum Results
:
For optimum results the key word is commitment. Unlike prescription and OTC medications which may cause an immediate response in the body, herbal and nutrient therapy can be a slower process. Commitment to a regular daily supplement schedule is vital, as well as a commitment to taking supplements over a period of time, which could be anywhere from several weeks to several months. This allows enough time for the nutrients and herbs to facilitate change and repair in the body at a cellular level and bring about the desired results.

How the Body Heals:
When taking certain products, you may feel worse before you begin to feel better, and this is more likely with Detox Products. As you move towards balance by adding herbal and nutritional supplements to your lifestyle, healing begins to occur. As part of the healing process, and to set the stage for regeneration, the body could begin to eliminate toxic residues which may have built up over many years. As the nutrients and herbs promote optimum cellular function, old tissues are replaced with new. During the initial phase of healing, as your body begins to clean house (detoxify), you may experience headache, flu-like symptoms or fatigue. This can be relieved by DRINKING LOTS OF WATER and, if necessary, cutting back on your supplements to allow the body to adjust more slowly and comfortably.

"I have had a twinge under my shoulder blade the last few days from coughing. I took a RelaxAll last night before I went to bed and the twinge was gone when I woke up this morning. My cough is also less tight and dry so it must have relaxed the bronchials as well. I'm impressed! " PG, San Diego, CA
