KEY INGREDIENTS:

ROSEMARY LEAF (Rosmarinus officinalis): Longstanding folk tradition supports the use of Rosemary for increased memory and to increase mental alertness.

BLACK COHOSH ROOT (Cimicifuga racemosa): Black Cohosh, used by Native Americans for more than 200 years, is known for its mild sedative effects and is used in many problems associated with nerve imbalance. It is also considered a brain tonic.
GOTU KOLA: This is not related to Kola nut and does not contain caffeine. It is a brain stimulant through other activity. Gotu Kola enhances cholinergic mechanisms resulting in a mild tranquilizing, anti-stress and anti-anxiety action, and enhanced mental function.
